We have concentrated our business on working as Exclusive Buyer’s Agents. We enjoy helping first time and experienced home buyer find the perfect fit for them. When we work as an exclusive “Buyer’s Agent”  we owe 100% of our loyalty to you. When viewing homes with the listing agent they are representing the seller and not you. Any information you reveal to them will be passed on to the sellers to be used for their advantage.  It is also a time consuming and frustrating way to see homes. It is hard to get some listing agents to come out to show the homes. Because all the agents in town cooperate through the MLS; we can show you any home for sale in the Fayetteville area. We can set up all the showing appointments, provide any background information, help you draft a fair offer based on recently sold properties to make sure the price is reasonable, conduct negotiations, oversee the home inspection and repair request process and guide you through the paperwork until you get to the closing table.  

The other nice thing about having an exclusive “Buyers Agent” is that you do not pay for their services. The listing agent contracted with the seller to sell the house for a certain percentage commission. That commission is to be split between listing agent and the agent representing the buyer.
